
The apartment accommodates up to six people and has garage parking. It is in one of 3 'low rise' buildings which were completed for occupation in early 2004. It has been furnished to a high standard.
At one end of the roomy sitting room is a dining table which seats six and at the other end are two comfortable sofas (one converts to a full sized double bed), a coffee table, flat-screen colour television and DVD player (there are plenty of DVDs in the apartment or you can rent them in the town. Facing south west, the balcony catches the sun from early to mid afternoon, making it perfect for a leisurely lunch or dinner at the table, which seats six comfortably. There is free wifi and free telephone calls to Europe (landlines only).
There are two reclining 'steamer' chairs on the balcony. All floors are ceramic throughout. The lounge has floor-to-ceiling patio doors opening onto a spacious balcony (around 16 square metres). The apartment is within a security-protected complex within walking distance of the Old Town, yacht marina and beaches. There is a large underground garage, but also there are several visitors' parking spaces within the grounds. The 3 apartment blocks have attractive gardens, with well-tended lawns, palms and olive trees.. There are books, games, local maps and guides for you to use and for the rare occasion when the weather is inclement. Prices are all-inclusive and cover electricity, cleaning, wifi, linen, towels, beach towels and landline telephone calls within Europe. Cots and high chairs are available to rent.
Payment accepted by cheque.
A non-refundable deposit of 25% is payable on confirmation of booking and the balance is due six weeks before the start of the rental period. Antibes is very accessible by air (Nice Airport 20k), rail (Antibes station is on the main line, with direct connections to Paris, Calais, Italy etc) and road (A8 Autoroute).
